From the Web interface, click the icon to display the

Chassis Health page.

4 Scroll down to the bottom of the Chassis Health page

and click the Open the Chassis Firmware Update page

link.

5 The FTP Site text box displays the IP address of the host

PC.

• If you have configured FTP server on host PC and

extracted the upgrade package on host PC, then retain

this IP address. This can either be a DHCP provided IP

address if host PC is connected to a network or an IP

address similar to 169.254.x.x if you are using a

private connection.

• If you are using a public FTP server, then specify the

IP Address for that FTP server.

6 In the Source Directory text box, specify the subdirectory

under C:\Inetpub\ftproot\crm on the FTP server where

you extracted the contents of the Upgrade package in
