To upgrade the module FPGA using this tool

1 Access the upgrade tool by clicking <Program Files>\

Agilent Technologies\Logic Analyzer\

agAmpAxieUpgrade.exe.

2 Select the Upgrade Type as Blade Interface FPGA.

The expected versions of FPGA are displayed for each of

the modules.

3 From the Instance listbox, select the module which

requires the FPGA upgrade. The modules are listed by the

slot numbers in which these are installed in the AXIe

chassis. You can use the slot number indicated in the

error message displayed at the start to find out the
