Using Portable Components in a Vehicle

If you plan to use the system within a vehicle, remove the Direct

Connect Hub (and scanner, if equipped) from the metal chassis

before connecting the in-vehicle power cable to the Direct

Connect Hub. See “In-Vehicle System Set Up" on page 31 for

details.
