Delete SMU1 and SMU2

Change Mode to V and

Function to VAR1

ZERO CHECK

Channel Setup

Click the Classic Test tab, I/V Sweep, and Select to display the Channel Setup screen.

On this display, delete the rows of SMU1 and SMU2.

Change the Mode of SMU4 to V.

Change the Function of SMU4 to VAR1.

This setup will be used for checking the zero measurement on SMU4.
