Oversample Ratio
Press this softkey to specify the oversample ratio for a user-defined FIR
filter.
Range
Acceptable values range from 1 to 32. When the filter is selected for use,
the signal generator may resample the filter with an OSR between 4
and 16, based on the number of symbols, the symbol rate, and the
number of bits per symbol of the modulation type.
Generally, the higher the symbol rate, the lower the oversample ratio of
the resampled filter.The following table describes the signal generator’s
maximum oversample ratio capabilities for each modulation type:
