RESult Subsystem

Describes RESult subsystem commands used for getting/deleting the test result data,

and so on.

:RESult:FETch[:LATest]?

Returns the latest test result data.

Syntax :RESult:FETch[:LATest]?

Query response data<newline>

Data type is Block.

Example: #32569876543210 ... 987654<newline>

In this example, #3256 is followed by 256-byte length binary data.

Example :RES:FET?

:RESult:FETch[:LATest]:SIBLings?

Returns the latest test result data. For the application test result, this command

returns the result data for all included tests.

Syntax :RESult:FETch[:LATest]:SIBLings?

Query response data<newline>

Data type is Block.

Example: #39639876543210 ... 9876543210987<newline>

In this example, #3963 is followed by 963-byte length binary data.

Example :RES:FET:SIBL?
