Using the Asset Manager to Add a Source
The following procedure will configure both the Agilent/HP 70420A phase
noise test set and PC-digitizer so they can be used with the E5500A phase
noise measurement software to make measurements.
NOTE If you have ordered a preconfigured phase noise system from Agilent
Technologies, skip this step and proceed to “Testing the Agilent/HP 8663A
Internal/External 10 MHz” on page 5-10.
4. Click the System menu, then click Asset Manager.
