Frequency ≤100 kHz
NOTE Perform step 1 to step 7 for 50 Ω tracking generators only
(Option 1DN).
1. Set up the digital multimeter as follows.
NOTE Perform step 2 to step 7 for each measurement value in Table 2-97.
2. Refer to Figure 2-62 to set up the equipment.
