10 MHz B has a tuning constant of 100 Hz/V and can be used as
an external time base. However, 10 MHz B has little advantage over
10 MHz A due to the restriction for maximum PTR discussed previously.
Because 10 MHz B has a wider tuning range, it also has a higher noise
level.
